Brief info
Following his time at VA Tech, Bob moved into the retail automotive business. From service, sales, and accounting, he moved into F&I management with Pat Ryan & Associates. As PRA grew into Aon Corporation, Bob held domestic and international positions leading to CEO of Aon Warranty Group Worldwide and EVP of Virginia Surety property casualty insurance company. Following Aon, he led a team tasked with growing a Great American Insurance subsidiary in the automotive space. After 8 years of independent consulting for dealers, agents, administrators, insurers, reinsurers, and investors, he joined Capital in 2016.
